Lack of compassion

Glynwood hospital - Staff does not care that you are a patients spouse. When asked before 6am if I may go sit with my husband before theatre I was blatantly told no. No explanation given what so ever. Went back at 8 as I last spoke to my husband at 7. Just to find out that he is in theater. I did not get to say good luck nothing. The staff honestly lacks compassion for others. What if it was your husband child or wife, would you not want to say good luck or give a kiss?
