LACK OF COMMUNICATION

My wife Neelawathee Haripersad was admiitted @ the Mt Edgecombe Life Hospiotal today. She had nothing to eat from the morning till the evening because She had to have a few Test to be done. She had all the other Test done but the Endoscopy which was supposed to be done by by Mr . AG Naidoo was postponed for tomarrow , so she asked the Day Shift Nurse for a Meal which was ignored subsequently she phoned Me and asked Me to bring a meal for her in the evening. Just before visiting hour the Nurse brought the Meal which She refused because She had already made arrangement with me to bring the meal for Her.<br> My point is where is the Communication between the Surgeon and the Nursing Staff and if she did not have a cell phone at her disposal to contact Me , she would have starved the entire night. She is currently in Hospital.<br> <br> We pay a Massive amount of Money for Private Health Care because we expect Quality Service and I fully request MT Edgecombe Life Hospital to investigate this and revert to Me.<br>
