Hospital procedure was fine. The accounts collection service of Blake collections is rediculous. A year after the procedure I start getting threatening communication from said collection company. I requested a statement of account reflecting where the medical aid's shortfall was. No reply after a month. phoned the hospital directly and immediatly got an email with the statement of account. I paid my shortfall in full via eft and emailed proof of payment. This is about 4 weeks later that Im still getting daily phone calls and emails about the outstanding account.
