J A****aker Dermatologist - lack of information and clarity about the prescribed medication

I went to visit the above mentioned dermatologist on the 24/05/2021. The consultation took under 10 minutes however she failed to offer me important information. I called her on the 11/06/2021 as the script that she gave me was unclear. She gave me the script without telling me that I needed to go for blood tests first. When I told her that I wasn't aware of this, she said that the receptionist was supposed to tell me this. She apologized and said that I need to go for the test... I already started with the medication that she advised me to take. As I type out this complaint, I went to the salon to do my hair and my face. The beautician asked me why my skin is so thin and I rep**** that I was in medication... And she immediately was in shock and stopped. I've got severe bruising on my face. She said that the dermatologist was supposed to tell me about all of this before she advised me of this medication that she suggested. I am appalled with the fact that she is so learned as she mentioned that she's a lecturer and her accolades but failed to mention this crucial information to me but merely blamed her receptionist. Please look into this matter because I want to take this further if it does damage to my face
