It's all about money!

I have been waiting from the 6th of March for an anklefusion operation. It's an IOD. Life doesn't care about IOD patients since it is now May already and they still haven't given their hospital authorisation. Note that the dr & Department of Labour has already given the go ahead months ago. Life Health just can't be bothered to get the correct access portal to do their job since they can't over charge me because the Department of Labour will be paying the bill. This doesn't just effect me but ALL IOD patients with reopend cases. Life has various inside contact people at the department but do they use them to help their community - NO. If they can't bleed you dry financially, they don't care. But they'll keep their status as IOD hospital because they have to the public that it's all about the people. All employers & employees: DO NOT USE LIFE HEALTH HOPITALS FOR IOD'S. Hope the CEO's are happy living pain free and glamorous lives while the people suffer. May the pain be returend to you which you so happily inforce on others.
