Inhumane service at Life Groenkloof Hospital

The doctors are excellent but the after care in the wards are shocking. High negligence. Patient care is not only very bad but also without dignity. The matrons are even worse than the staff. The moment when the family put pressure on them regarding the well being of the patient they all get very agitated even to the extend to refuse to give updates to me. Having a loved one in their care is a nightmare.
