Incorrect diagnosis and unconsented treatment

I was admitted into casualty unit on 19 June 2015 due to severe pains under the breast the chest area and the back. I was seen to by a nurse. I further explained to the sister on duty that I am a single mother and I am unable to afford certain treatment/scans/blood tests and that I required quotations before continuing. I was placed on drips for the pain. I was treated for ulcers and sent home with a prescription for the ulcer medication in the afternoon. The following day I had the excruciating pain again and was admitted into hospital immediately. I was diagnosed with gall stones in the gall bladder which was subsequently removed. I received a bill of R2 331 from lancet laboratories for the 19 June for blood tests which I did not consent to that was removed off my savings benefits for Medical Aid. I paid a total of R2120 for the consultation (incorrect diagnosis). In total an amount of R5000 was paid out for the visit. I urge Dr Darling to kindly reverse the monies for the blood tests (not consented or authorised by me) as I require medical treatment for my kids my son who has a syndrome.
