What absolute poor customer service via Telephone.

When being transferred from one ward to the other, each time the phone was dropped in my ear. It took me a total of 12 NEW CALLS in total to eventually have someone tell me that my Family Member was laying in the Saint Claire Ward. Once I finally got through to them, the Lady dropped the call in my ear 4 times. It took me a total of 4 HOURS to FINALLY know how my Family Member is doing. This is disgusting and very very poor customer Service.
