<p>I've been at this hospital for the past year and this year, on one incident I fell at the toilet whilst going to pee due to their harzadous crutches and floor, now its as if I fell because I was drowsy. Partly reason why I even went alone to toilet was because when you ring a bell at times 15 minutes passes by let alone when they answer it and you ask for medication, you'll wait a good 4 and half hours just for it. I had just had an operation when I fell luckily I didn't injure any limb there was just bruising and pain.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm allergic to many meds so at times when I start new meds my skin itchies and its not a good feeling because it becomes painful. From 8:30 been asking for meds to stop itching till now I haven't had any only to inform me now that they are out of stock meaning that have to wait another hour or two.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm appauled by standard of service let alone their food, its as if they are cooking for dogs, even dogs won't eat it by looking at it. A lot of money is paid only to receive bad service. The tendency of letting staff not come to work because there are less patients, you find that two ena's are attending to 16-20 patients and only one sister and enrolled nurse can give medication also write reports and reviews. </p> <p> </p> <p>Putting money first instead of patients is not acceptable and its starting to get annoying.</p> <p> </p> <p>Angry and frustrated patient</p> <p> </p>
