Our boy of 15 months have been admitted to Eugene Marais Hospital with some kind of infection on Friday 6 February, it is almost three days later and we still don't know what is causing the infection.<br> <br> The service we have been receiving from the nurses is absolutely shocking, with my wife having to tell them when last he was given medicine etc...at this stage she is checking his temperature every few hours herself. <br> Lunch leftovers has not been collected almost four hours later. <br> <br> How can we leave him in their care during the night time? We pay a lot for medical aid every month and expect at least some decent service and to be treated like the customers we are. Life Healtcare is making millions while there is absolutely no focus on client service.<br>
