Incompetency
I was admitted to Roseacres on 1 January 2022 until 6th January 2022, however my medical aid only authorised my first day in hospital. Why? Because Roseacres staff provided the INCORRECT diagnosis codes to my medical aid!!!!!!! Now 3 weeks later and still NOTHING has been done!!! I am FURIOUS!!!!
