Incompetency at Carstenhof hospital

I went to Carstenhof hospital on the 6th of July, around 11h35 am. as i was not feeling well. Upon arriving, i was screened, i had one of the symptoms of covid 19. I was informed to sit outside casualty, was offered a chair and i completer the form. After some time, the nurse came and we went to the day wards. I notice that the wards were specifically for patients that had covid 19 symptoms. The nurse asked the general information and asked for my urine sample. DR Lee came to examine by and indormed me i had to do the covid test, an xray,some blood test, ecg amd get a drip as she suspects i could have clots in my lungs. The covid test was very painful. After like 2 hours, the xray was still mot done. At 4 , still the xrays were not done, i asked the Dr is i still needed xrays as it was getting late and my helper will be leaving soon( my son will be alone) she was like, i really need to do the xray as she needs to checks my lungs and if i leave i need to to sign the the refusal of treatment form to say that i am leaving on my own will. I informed her i will try to make a plan for my son but it should be quick. At 5 i was stil waiting for xrays, and now the Dr says, she thinks i should rather do a CT scan to check my lungs properly. At 7, they come to do the xray, I was like, the Dr said i dont need the xray anymore, i am going for a scan. The radiologist still did the xray. If the Dr did not need the xray anymore, why didn't she update it in her notes? The scan i waited and waited, it was done at around 9pm and i still had to wait for the results. The last time I saw Dr Lee was around 5pm. I wait for the results, and eventually pass out a bit but sort of awake. I notice that the is a different Dr and i assumed he is the night shift one. Around 12 am, i woke up, as i could hear scribbling from hall way,like 30 min later, the nurse comes to give me my prescription, sick note and diagnosis report. I was shocked that the Dr did not come to inform me about the results or the diagnosis. I continue to sleep. 2am, anoyhrr nurse comes to me and askes if i cn uber home or something. She informs that the ward I am in is a high risk area as everyone that was covid symptoms uses it. I should make means to go home. Amd i listed to her and left. My concern is that unnecessary test- xray and scan was done. I was kept in the high risk warr for so long and yet they did not admit me or consider keeping me overnight for observations in a ward that was safe!!! I am left to pay whatever the medical aid did not settle as a results of incompetency. I would expect such from a public hospital, not a private one.
