Incompetence

Had a hospital emergency in Dec “21. Was discharged the same day. Now almost a year later, sms’s start coming though about monies I owe them, I have Medical aid and GAP cover…. they threaten to blacklist me on the credit bereau etc. phoned my medical aid only to find out the bill was paid in full last year… life hospital just never picked it up…. Just shows no matter how big an organisation seems, incompetence is still a problem.
