In an ER you expect sympathy & care - not here!

I have never experience someone who is more rude and unsympathetic in my life. On rushing my father to Fourways Life hospital, as a young daughter (being very worried and concerned) you would expect some sort of sympathy and concern. On arrival I was pushed to the side, told to wait my turn - when the policy is that one person is allowed to accompany the patient. I wasn't told what was going on, until I asked what the policy was. The nurse came and called me and said I was more than welcome to be there. There is no communication between the front and back desk. Actually shocking! This is not the first time...
