I’m very disappointed by the inability of Life Glynnview to answer calls at their reception

I’m very disappointed by the inability of Life Glynnview to answer calls at their reception. I dialled for many minutes several times without anyone answering calls. When call there it’s usually emergency calls expecting immediate service and it’s very disappointing to have staff that aren’t prioritising patients.
