I want they money owed to me refunded

Life Healthcare Groenkloof Hospital - Let me start with the positives. I had an amazing doctor. Thank you Dr. Francois Steenkamp. The ward staff were fantastic. The nurses were attentive and caring. All the other ward staff were friendly and helpful. No one could have done more. For a hospital, the food was good. Nice choices and very tasty. Always served hot. Tea an coffee always offered. All the porter who transported me from place to place, were helpful and very friendly. Lovely people. The reception staff were surly and unfriendly, very obviously only doing what they had to and under duress. The service was slow despite me sitting with a vomit bucket on my lap and in obvious distress. The wards are old and dingy. The windows were filthy. The air-conditioning either did not work or was not switched on. The ward is stuffy and hot. The ward bathrooms were most disappointing. They are unrenovated and dilapidated. The shower was hardly functional and took me some time to rearrange and get into a position where I could actually shower. The shower chair was stained brown and looked dirty although I assume it had been cleaned. No shower products provided (at R5000+ per day). Single ply toilet paper of a poor quality. No privacy despite the showers and toilets servicing 8 beds. A total disgrace for a hospital situated in the area it is and charging what it does. MY PRIMARY COMPLAINT - as a private patient I paid a huge deposit on admission (quite understandable and acceptable). I paid using a credit card. Upon discharge I asked for a reconciled account. I was told that this might take p to three days. The refund could take up to 7 working days. Really. With today's technology why can I not be given a reconciled account at discharge. After all if I had owed them money, the reconciled account would have been ready and waiting. Why can the money owed to me not be refunded directly into my credit card from which it was taken. THEY OWE ME THIS MONEY - IT IS MY MONEY - THEY HAVE NO RIGHT TO RETAIN IT FOR 10 DAYS while I pay money on the money borrowed to cover expenses. It is an absolute disgrace and a total *******.
