I recently visited Chatsmed Hospital and was unfortunately met with extremely poor service from the receptionist. Despite being a patient, I was treated with rudeness and disrespect, which made an already stressful experience even more unpleasant. I hope the hospital takes steps to improve their customer service and ensures that patients are treated with the care and respect they deserve.
