I have been trying to get my refund for two months and they have been dragging their feet to claim it from the Medical Aid in order to refund me though the Medical Aid has approved it

I have been trying to get my refund for two months and they have been dragging their feet to claim it from the Medical Aid in order to refund me though the Medical Aid has approved it. When I had to pay they were chasing me everyday.
