Hospital worried more about money than patients

My Mum was admitted into the hospital about 3 weeks ago , they took forever to admit her she was falling of the wheel chair but nobody cared except a porter who assisted us , in getting my mum up to her bed , they have a system where you right your name in a book and wait but they do not take into account the patients condition which is terrible. While she was in the hospital, she needed to have an endoscope done and medical aid did not cover this, they insisted that we pay before she went for the scope which i think is ridiculous. I laid a complaint on their website last week and they have not gotten back to me as yet. PLEASE PPL dont ever go to that hospital ever their service is pathetic.
