HOSPITAL NOT FAIR

LIFE ROBINSON PVT HOSPITAL (Account Number : ********** 907/1)

I went to c the dr at the above hospital. I was told how much eill cost me. I then paid with my bank card.

I knew they will take whatis due to them. Down the line the send me an email that i owe them R163. 26

I asked how bcos i gave them my card to swipe. I neva asked fo discount and i paid what is due to them.

Now they telling me they will hand me over to collections for the thi gs that i dnt knw.

Even in the shop when u short of money udnt call the customers u sort out the problem urself and ur staff.
