HORRIFIC INDECENT UNDIGNIFIED- a place of horror and trauma- Brenthurst

I am not new to hospitals and over worked underpaid staff but this hospital is absolutely DISGUSTING!!!!

My mother was kept in a wet bed after calling for assistance over 10hours! THIS IS UNDIGNIFIED besides UNSANITARY!!!!

She was treated with absolutely no respect or care! She is a retired nurse so she knows the difficulties of being a nurse but the treatment of her was UNJUSTIFIED and INDECENT!!!!!

She was hurt everyday in some form by nurses yes ofcourse there was the 1 or 2 nurses that took care of her as one would hope, but she got to the point of being afraid to ask for assistance. She was pushed into doors when in the wheelchair, her fingers slammed indoors, assisted roughly when it was actually given. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIFING AND TRAUMATIZING!!!

The nurses know nothing about the going on. They never gave her medication on time so she was in dire pain so often and even when they did come they got distracted and didn't administer the medication even when they were called. This is UNACCEPTABLE !!!!!!

When she asked them to be gentle when they assisted her they were even rougher! This is ABUSE!!!!!!!

This is the worse hospital I have ever set foot in. I will without a doubt DISCOURAGE anyone from going there!! I am beyond words HORRIFIED at what occurred and due to covid we were unable to find this out until she got back home. DISGUSTING HOSPITAL!!!!!!!!
