Horrible service for a private institution

On the 31st of October I took my mom to the casualty ward for over 2 hours she was unattended I spoke to sister bayana shift leader she advised there was 1 doctor and it's ran like a practice so it's outsourced it doesn't make sense to me as to why you would have 1 doctor on a month end Saturday really poor service for a private institution
