Horrible Service

<p>We were involved in a car accident on Sunday night the 26 of March. We were taken by two ambulances to this nightmare of a hospital. We arrived roughly 0300 hrs and found two nurses and a doctor. The did Xray scans and released us. The nurses did not show any professionalism and customer service at all. My mother in law arrived inside the building on a wheelchair fetched by the ambulance paramedics. When she asked for the ladies room one of the nurses instructed her to go out of the building and and enter third door and ask for it there. She was on wheel chair meaning she could not walk not even lift herself off the bed. My wife heard the civersation from another consulting cabin and immediately went to fetch a wheelchair, lifted her onto it and pushed it out to the next entrance while the nurses were chatting about their own things. The doctor who tarnishes the name of the profession prescribed pain ****ers and injections for pain. He put stiches on my hand would without washing it he just did it on blood and dirty. Later the nurses instructed the doctor to discharges us as they were tired and wanted no more work. As instructed the malleable doctor discharged us. On Tuesday my mother in law was admitted at Netcare 17 Hospital with broken ribs</p> <p> The first person at this hospital who saw the Xray from Life Parklands was stunned how she could have been discharged. They did their own Xray and it confirmed the seriousness of her condition. Use the services of this hospital at your own peril. Its private but its services not different from those of Phulusong Public hospital. The doctor should be ashamed of himself as he drags the profession' name in mud. He should be disciplined for taking instructions from rogue nurses.</p>
