Horrible management of accounts

The accounts department is horrific to deal with! Have a refund due to me since the beginning of jan and its still not paid out. After multiple calls and queries the most they can tell me is that it was processed and will be paid. The turnaround time mentioned has even expired and I dont have my money back. Quick to take your money before you can even see a Dr but horrible at returning whats due to you!
