Horrible Experience Ever and I payed thousands 4 t

Went to bed for 2 nights without supper and they said it was a mistake!!!After I had been feeling cold I called a nurse into my room to turn the aircon on she turned it on and told me not to bother her again she's busy attending other patient's and I was stuck in a very hot room i had to open my door to let it out and bring some fresh cold air in because she scared me i didn't want to bother her at all.I was found by my babies pediatrician crying and he told me I wasn't the first and probably not the last to receive such bad treatment and the problem was that we didn't complain about the treatment. So I took it up with the Hospital but they never got back to me till date ...I was going through a very emotional time giving birth and I had a premature baby.I must say though their NICU stuff is very supportive they understand how a new mom should be treated and they do a great job at it.The worst part is that they claimed for every meal even though I they starved me for 2 nights!!! I don't think i want to give birth at Beacon Bay Little Life Hospital its full of uncaring ******** nurses!! Its like they want to get rid of u as fast as they can..their service s say \Don't come Again"!! """
