Highly Dissapointed and Defeated

I am a Continues visitor at Die Wilders Hospital Pretoria, However each time I seem to call either through the Reception on *** or the Baby Clinic on *** , I am received with un-professional Receptionist who doesn't even allow me to fully explain what I am requesting. In most cases I end up having to listen to what they have to tell me even though I am the one making the call. This has happened to me in numerous occasions and I have let it go however on the 20-08-2020 was the last straw, where I was sent via phone from reception to Baby clinic Department with no help nor feedback of what I was asking. I am highly disappointed in the frontline workers of the Hospital as they are the Image of the Hospital Brand.
