Hidden fees,already going through a lot as a country but there are ppl who are using this time to rep off other people

Making money out of people ,went to Kingsbury Hospital To get tested for covid19 June.when I got there I was told to pay R850 cash for the test which I paid it in cash I left after than.they email me my results in two days.recently i been getting sms that i own them R635 .and today they emailed me a statement .I called in they explain that the R635 was for consultation with the Doctor .when I asked what consultation bcz I only got tested and i was not told about the extra R635 bcz there was no consultation done than the test that i came there for please advise what procedure i can follow with this regards
