HELP ME SO I CAN HELP YOU!!!!!

ACC NO 661194 MEDICAL AID NO 144380. My moms medical aid Momentum, paid Entabeni an amount short of R4344.19 for surgery that she had last year May, Momentum wants a copy of the culture and sensitivity results for the use of antibiotics used during surgery or a letter of motivation from Entabeni for the use of the meds THEN THEY CAN PAY.... For over a year I have contacted the various doctors, medical aid and Entabeni, to date this amount has not been paid AND WONT BE PAID as the medical aid has not received the requested information. During surgery and ICU my mom was obviously not aware of who used what antibiotics. We are now getting letters of demand from Entabeni Hospital, lawyers are calling regarding the unpaid account BUT if Entabeni provides the medical aid with the information that is required we can then get the medical aid to pay the outstanding amount to Entabeni. I have tried the various doctors who performed the surgery, I have tried to find out from the medical aid who to speak to at the hospital and to date no luck. HELP ME HELP YOU AND PROVIDE ME WITH THE NECESSARY FOR THE MEDICAL AID SO THE ACCOUNT CAN BE PAID AND WE CAN ALL MOVE ON!!! I am desperate
