Have a lunch box for an emergency Bertha Gxhowa has better help
I’ll start by explaining it’s the longest wait from an ER you can possibly get. The doctors at the ER are horrible I’ve been sitting with a sick child that has a high temperature for over an hour. They seem to be on a go slow I was attended by a nurse Leo who was chewing gum while asking me questions about my son.
She sat me in a room and another hour later when I ask her she says the Doctor is busy. I wish I would have known.

Also they don’t inform you of what they are doing or why a they are doing it as per your policy. I ask questions as I’m also a RN. That I stead had an attitude when you ask them questions.
!On the 05/02/2024we had to get a sonar done which couldn’t be done on Friday night. We had an appointment for 10 we got there at 9:45 the Diagnostic Radiology receptionist are bad, theirs is a white old lady that only speaks to white people and a Muslim lady (I’m only saying what they are cause they didm’t have name badges) that will ignore you until you faint.
That also insist that you make an appointment but I still waited an hour before I was seen. (Mind you I was with my son who is 5) This isn’t the first time, my son had stomach pains I told them it’s an apendix but they insisted on scans we waited for 3 days when I insisted they operate they confirmed it was his appendicitis. But this is after it had ruptured. Honestly it’s time something is done about the level of service for a private hospital we can’t be dealing with so many things and still paying money.
Again this morning ER CONSULTING claimed from my Daughter instead of the son that was at the hospital.
We went back for a check up for my son I got there at 10 left at 12 without seeing a doctor but again I get a claim.
So much *****.
I also have complaint about your staff nurses who really don’t care about your BATHO PELE services. Also the levels of pain but you will find all 4 nurses on duty on their phone chewing gum or speaking to each other while we wait. Like we are at Bara. You seem to have a lot of doctors who can speak English nor Any SOUTH AFRICAN LANGUAGE he was also on the phone while we waited with a 5 year old crying from pain.
