Two years later, we are still being harrassed by debt collectors over a bill that finance department was meant to resolve ages ago. I could sue the hospital for harrassment and causing PTSD because no one wants to be reminded of spending nearly three months in hospital, 6 weeks of which was in a coma.

Do better finance, if you can not follow instruction from medical aid on how to edit claims and resubmit them the dont bother harassing former patients and handing them over to stupid debt collectors.

The effort spent could better be used to actually do your job
