Harassment from Accounts

Everytime I go to Roseacres hospital I am asked to pay a fee upfront or I will not get the service. The problem is the fees they charge is not paid to ER Consulting by the hospital and then you get harassed by ER Consulting consultants calling all kinds of hours for funds already paid. The Hospital's accounts department doesnt even bother to answer their calls. You hold for 20 minutes and then someone hangs up on you. If it wasn't for my useless Medical Aid I wouldn't make use of Life Healthcare. This is the 2nd time this is happening. Clearly it is the Standard
