Harassment

I'm being harassed by debt collectors due to the account which was handed over wrongly by Life fourways hospital. Since the beginning of the year i have being paying the hospital as per the arrangement we had at the beginning of the year after i was admitted in December for surgery.

I have being using my ID number as reference number and sent a proof of payments to a lady called Nonkululeko Thiyane since she was the one who called me. however the money was not being allocated to my account which was the reason why the account was handed over.

When i first received a call about this matter, i called the Hospital and they promised to allocate the payments accordingly and send me the statement that showed R932 remaining balance which i must settle month end.

I paid the almost R12 000 last and this year without skipping but i'm being harassed for R932?

Everyday i receive calls on my cell phone and landline number from this people which is disturbing. I don't want be reminded of the very sad yea i had last year due my condition but that's what these people are doing
