Harassing patients for funds not due.

Life Vincent Pallotti Hospital accounts department is absolutely pathetic. Its shocking that my medical aid had paid my bills that were hundred of thousands of rands and I paid any unpaid bills upon being discharged. Yet im being hounded for funds but after multiple calls and emails with the hospital and credit team NO ONE can tell me why im being harrassed for a R180. They send you constant messages for accounts that aren't paid, yet when you request an invoice to see what it's for, they don't respond. Yet the harassment continues. I am at my wits end that they can earn a salary by just sending harassing messages but no one is willing to assist. To make matters worse, they then hand you over to lawyer yet no one made an effort to try and assist you with your original request.
