GROENKLOOF - ONCOLOGY DEPARTMENT

<p>Good day, After the serious news there is cancer and stage 3 onto stage 4, the appoint was made after 4 days, consultation, it takes 7 days for authorisation number because it was not send as urgent, then another week for starting the therapy. First you need to fight and ask the questions why it is taking so long time? The public holidays in April, a life of a person is on stake and after 3 weeks did not receive any therapy got worse. Wilgers Hospital Dr was kind to see us, and explain the process and say we need to stay at Groenkloof. The sister who is doing the work got such a bad attitude, the Dr is never coming back for question and medication, after 4 emails and a fight! then they start and what unpleasant time for 6 weeks to go to a place with people who is unpleasant and think they do you a favour for treatment.! I wonder if the people did not pay there salary they would not be there and it is there work to assist. It is not for free. EVEN THE DOCTOR YESTERDAY WAS UNPLEASANT UNFRIENDLY AND LET YOU FEEL WAISITNG HIS TIME</p> <p>I WILL PUT A COMPLAINT IN WITH THE DISCOVERY MEDICAL AID OF THE EXPERIENCE AND REQUEST A TRANSFER TO WILGERS!</p> <p>PEOPLE WHO WALK THE EXTRA MILE TO ASSIST EVEN THOUGH IT IS AFTER HOURS!. WOW SAD THAT YOU GET THIS IN TIME OF CRISIS IN LIFE! SAD THEY THINK THEY HAVE THE AUTHROITY TO TAKE CARE OF PATIENTS THIS WAY! WILL DEFINITALEY WILL TELL ALL THE PEOPLE ABOUT THIS BAD EXPERIENCE., IS SAD MY SISTER WAS WITH GROENKLOOF YEARS AGO THEN IT WAS GREAT! BUT NOW SADLY THE EXPERIENCE WE HAVE WITH THESE PEOPLE.</p>
