GREONKLOOF LIFE HOSPITAL IS ****

<div>The Admin Team at Groenkloof Life Hospital is absolutely pathetic. My wife was discharged almost 2 weeks ago and the hospital has still not updated the authorization for the additional days in the hospital. As a result, more than half of the claims have been declined and depleted my medical saivings in 2 days. To this day it has still not been updated, and your staff specifically *****, does not give a **** what is going on. I have sent multiple emails over the last week and all I get are excuses and yet no one is resolving the issue. There were additional claims rejected over the weekend totalling over R5000 for in-hospital care which will not be paid until you have fixed this mal-administration issue.</div>
