Faerie Glen life radiology. HORRIBLE experience, overcrowded, staff are useless. they stand around looking at each other trying to think what is the next best option. rude, unfriendly, unstructured, operated like a creche. I had a booking I was turned away as I did not have a referral letter on me. Went back home to get the letter, came back and they took my form. Then I waited, then I was told I need to come back as I was late and they cant help me now. 6 car journeys later. Utterly ridiculous service. If this was any other business they would not have a single customer with service like this.
