Funds not authorized by the patient

I was admitted at life Bedford gardens on the 14 of April 2020,to my surprise I was charged an extra R5000 for a scope that I never authorized ,the hospital decided to authorize the payment without my permission for my savings account ,which is ***** ,you need to get permission from the holder of the account ,before you use their money .The hospital took advantage of the situation and thought that I will not follow -up on it,I have not receive any feedback from the hospital after numerous emails to the junior staff and management . The hospital has just ingored my complain for the past 4 and half months.
