The worst service ever from the accounts *** department was admitted in January at Life Wilgeheuwel Hospital Account number the medical aid authorisation number *** but up today they haven't sent the bill to the medical Aid instead they pushing the bill to me, The medical aid has confirmed multiple times that they haven't receiced the bill.I have spoken to Samantha de Klelk several times on the phone but she hasn't send the proof that she billed the medical aid.i have even email her 2 twice but the service is hopeless. Recently I spoke to Leona she toke my cell number and gave me empty promises.
