Fourways Life Hospital Stay Away from it patients.

Fourways Life Hospital is the worst hospital I have been to in Johannesburg. The service is shocking especially the night staff and my phone blew up on their plugs due to a power surge and i have written feedback and emails to them and no response. Kim the customer relationship manager did not respond to me or apologise let alone rectify the problem that was caused on the hospital plug panel. I was booked in 3 times during Covid Aug - Sept and all three times i provided feedback and received no response to my negative comments.

Surgical Ward 1 is not properly cleaned and the facility is outdated compared to Surgical 2. Not a great experience for people who are ill and undergoing surgery. The general attitude of the staff is not to be bothered by patients or provide support care and post operative support.
