Four Ways Hospital Incompetence.

After my wife was admitted, suffering a stroke, Four Ways Life, refused to take her up as BONITAS would not give approval. Bonitas customer care is closed on Sundays, so I could NOT get approval. I lodged a complaint with Hello Peter and Bonitas rep**** to me personally and we cleared up the problem. Four Ways Hospital, due to either ignorance, untrained staff or total incompetence, asked for an admission number under high blood pressure in stead of a stroke, which would have automatically triggered an Admission file. Incompetence, is the general acceptance level in South Africa. Bonitas can ONLY operate correctly if hospital staff is properly trained, in stead of anyone off the street, to be within BBBEEE status.
