Forced me to double pay in the middle of the night and refuse to refund
On Wednesday my son was admitted to hospital in an emergency. At 7pm I got a call that I have to pay R86,625 immediately or they will discharge him because their systems are down and they can't get medical aid approval. The medical aid approved the next day but they don't refund for "administrative reasons." Not a trace of human decency. It's not enough to have a son in hospital, they have to make you dance at 7pm and find tens of thousands after the banks have closed and then refuse to refund you.
