Follow up
I previously expressed my disappointment with Life Healthcare in a review. To my surprise, they contacted me the same day and informed they will investigate the matter. However, it's been a while and I'm still waiting for an update - no feedback has been provided. Unfortunately, this lack of follow-through is exactly what I expected.
