Flora realsed my mother's body without an autopsy

My mother passed away on 13 April of this year undergoing a procedure. The nurse at flora clinic advised the under taker and my uncle that no autopsy had to be done and that we could we could take the body to bury it as we are Muslim and bury within 24 hours. Three days after my mother was buried, the doctor phones to say my mother needs an autopsy. Since then flora has been giving me the run around. It's been 3 months since my mother died and no death certificate has been issued. Flora is the worst place that anyone can go to. They created a mess that they are now trying to avoid. Not only do I have to deal with the grief of losing my mother but this mess as well that has put my whole life on hold
