Flora life hospital pathetic treatment of patients/clients

So at 23:15 a nurse rudely comes inform me i have to open a file and pay to sleep over at the maternity section where my wife has given birth today.

I wouldnt mind paying but just the way i was informed at this time of the night.

We came for a pre maternity tour where we were informed that daddy could sleep over nothing about costs.

I went to recieption twice todag to open a file for my wife and one for my baby and still no one informed us about any payment of sleeping over. I am really disgusted at the way we were treated because of their lack of communication.
