Flora hospital might as well be a goverment hospital the way they treat people who are paying them

People rather go to a Netcare, dnt go to a lifehealthcare, I regret having my son at Flora hospital, staff there are lazy and *********** and they dnt bother with dissatisfaction or complaints iether, my medical aid did not pay them because they need a letter from the doctor because my son was in icu, this happened 6 months ago, they are too lazy to request the letter yet it’s for their account, I am now bieng told by a Simone Reddy that I must run around and get the letter so that their account can get paid, just imagine, they are too lazy to request the letter that the medical aid is needing for their account to get paid and now saying it’s my responsibility to get the letter, I have never dealt with such lazy and *********** and rude staff in my entire life, you would swear that we are not paying thousands of rands for care , they are behaving like they are working in the goverment hospitals and treating you as such as well
