Flora Clinic Life Hospital atrocious care

Worst service ever. My wife went in for a operation on Tuesday the 17th of March, she was obviously out for the whole day due to meds,so couldn't really complain about much except during the night she was in alot of pain and asked for pain medication but didn't get any from the nurses on duty. Yesterday doc came in to check on her and said that she needs to get Voltaren and her dressing needs changing, that didn't happen. She waited the whole day but still nothing. The nurses have not made any attempt to see if she is ok and if she needed anything. This morning doc came and said that this is nonsense and dressing needs to be changed asap and she needs Voltaren which she still hasn't had yet since yesterday. She is still waiting for someone to change the dressings and something for pain. This is not acceptable and cannot believe the money that goes to this institution. Would rather go to a 5 star hotel and get better service. Something needs to happen soon as this is ridiculous.
