Flora Clinic - Double billing

Having visited Flora Clinic on 10th of January 2018 on arrival at the emergency section I was billed 5 or 6 hundred rand which I settled and didn't receive a receipt, which I asked for last week.

I have now received another invoice for R964.21 which is apparently for use of the procedure room, seeing the doctor and some medical materials included.

I don't understand what the first bill is for. There appears to be a duplication of fees, which I find totally unacceptable and seek clarity.
