The Facts are simple 1 emergency, most of the costs covered by insurance\medical aid, under that emergency, yet, a whole bunch of costs claimed from my MSA due to codes not being correct, how would you explain this? Do you believe I went to the emergency room for an haircut or some other medical condition not relating to the emergency, while I had an emergency??? This excludes my rehabilitation, and that I can understand is not an “emergency” as explained to me by my medical aid (that’s why I have an MSA), they can however not explain why the costs were not claimed under the right codes as one incident. So in short, I HOPE I NEVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH YOUR FACILITIES AGAIN, AS ADMINISTRATION INCOPETENCE SEEM TO BE RIFE, let alone the inconsistency from the doctor that dealt with me, that another doctor confirmed the attending doctor was supposed to send me back to x-rays after the opperation, and issing stil pains, where with the follow up S6 pain****ers were issued, and you know the medical aid won’t take responsibility because they can’t break Doctor Client Privilege, even when I offer an mandate, they just paid you from the MSA, you don’t take responsibility with the medical aid to resolve this, but I’m the one getting threatened. I don’t threaten my clients when I don’t do my work right. You will find my money in your bank account, but I hope to never go to your institute ever again, never had these issues with Wilgerheuwel. I Regret going to your institute, and knowing what I know now, I would have rather gone to Wilgerheuwel while experiencing a medical emergency and in excruciating pain. Discusting. its not like its the first time that i have exained all of this of this in detial to you, and in my oppinion it is not an medical aid that has to put the codes on, or specify that its part of one event/emergency. It’s pretty much like me transferring the monies to the wrong bank account now, and then blaming you for not receiving it!
