I took my wife to casualty on Saturday morning very early around 00:30 in the morning with severe shortness of breath. As soon as we arrived she was seen by the triage staff and then moved into the trauma bay. The sister put up a drip but was VERY VERY RUDE. When I told her I am a medical professional she chased me out of the trauma area like a naughty kid and told me they will call me-they NEVER did. They did an ECG and determined that she had a heart attack. At this point she was still very short of breath. They then did bloods in her which is standard but NO cardiac bloods was done. At this point NO dr has seen her. I was looking at her information in the file when the sister tell me that I am not allowed to look at it. When I told her that I AM allowed as this is not her property but the patients she chased me out-What does she have to hide? They then decide to do a VBG. They TRIED to do it in the ulna artery. That is Ridiculous. WHERE DID THEY GET THERE TRAINING-FROM A CEREAL BOX!!!. I went back to my wife after 2 hours. She STILL HASNT SEEN ANY DR. I sat next to her bed until 04:00. STILL NO DR AND CASUALTY WAS EMPTY!!!!! I went to the sister and tell her that this is unacceptable and I will get better treatment at a government institution. Within 5minutes the dr appeared and stated he was busy with other patients-FOR 4 HOURS AND YOU LET N WOMAN LIE IN TRAUMA WITH A HEART ATTACK AND DO NOT ATTEND TO HER!!!!!!! THIS IS THE WORST CASUALTY DEPARTMENT EVER!!! Its not for the first time this happened. In 2016 my wife had a stroke. I took her to casualty as she was confused and could barely walk. They triaged her and AGAIN we had to wait 4 hours to see the dr. The doctor looked at her, thought she was making the confusion up and she is trying to be funny and told her that to her face and SEND HER HOME!!! The next day she was worse and I took her back. This time they did a CT-Scan and she was admitted in ICU for 3weeks. I really thought Im going to bury my wife due to the INCOMPETENCE of THIS HOSPITAL!!!!!!!! And now for a second time this hospital DIDNT CARE. She was admitted in the ward and seen by Dr Bloy. We asked that dr Tager be called in as he is my wifes cardiologist. Only on Monday 30/05/2022 was bloods done on her for cardiac markers. It was so elevated that they did a re-bleed 2 hrs later. If the casualty is so bad how can I trust the hospital
