Fed up as nothing is happening

i was admitted last year after i had given birth to my daughter i was admitted in February 2014, when i was admitted they did not know what was wrong with me did some tests and was there for approximatly 2 weeks in that 2 weeks they did blood transfusions and a whole lot of other tests. i was then sent for s scope and was not informed of a co-payment. Two months later i get a bill stating that i should pay, we contacted the hospital and spoke to Samantha Prinsloo who was helping us via mail and said she would investigate. nothing came of that what so ever. in her mails she stated according to the Discover plan that i am on they would be able to see if i had to pay for a co-payment even before they sent me for the scope. after a year no body got back to me kept calling and i was advised that they are looking into it. i get a letter now from laywers asking for payment when no body from the hospital ever got back to me, i do not think this is the way in which such a good hospital who i swear and USED to refer poeple to could emply people who are so incompetant not to get back to the people who have serious complaints. this hospital for a PRIVATE HOSPITAL has really let me down.
